Welcome to Pediatric Therapy Home Care (PTHC). PTHCSM has been providing quality services in the Chicagoland area since 2003. We assist therapists for the State of Illinois Early Intervention program for children ages 0-3. Our partners and staff are dedicated to bringing you the level of expertise demanded to support the complex needs of your practice.
Our range of EI service capabilities is extensive. We assist fully credentialed PT, SLP, OT, DT, Nutrition, LCSW/LCPC and coordinated TEAM evaluators. They provide direct services in all disciplines and can provide Spanish, Polish, Russian, and Hindi/Urdu Interpretation and Translation services. We work with therapists fluent in Spanish, Russian, and Polish as well. Our excellent in house staff can coordinate all EI service needs for a therapist, child and their family.
